What is the checklist?

Your checklist is built and sent once you complete your onboarding form. It's an interactive checklist where you'll find:

• Notable claims you may be eligible for
• Action items — like scheduling appointments with Woobie providers and completing supporting documents

It's your home base for what to do next.

Is a VA C&P exam on my checklist?

No. Your checklist only includes Woobie provider appointments that you book yourself. A VA C&P exam is a separate thing entirely — the VA schedules those through their own examiners, and they never appear on your checklist. See "Your appointments & VA C&P exams" for the difference.
