The best way to send documents

You can send us your documents in either of these ways:

Please do not email files to support@woobie.io. That inbox is monitored by our AI assistant and isn't set up to receive attachments — if you send files there, they may not reach your team. Use one of the two methods above and your team gets them right away.

However you send them, your files are received and securely stored, and made available to the providers building supporting evidence for your case.

Which documents do you need from me?

Any and all supporting evidence you have that could help support your claims is welcome and recommended. The only items we generate automatically are the forms you complete inside app.woobie.io — everything else is self-reported, so the more relevant evidence you share, the better.

How do I get a secure upload link?

Submit a support request and we'll send you a secure upload link — whether it's your first one or a replacement for an expired one. Use the Support Request Form.

My upload link isn't working

Upload links expire after 7 days. If yours has expired or you can't find it, you have two options:
