Woobie helps you build strong medical evidence to support your VA claim. Here's the journey from start to finish, and what to expect at each step.
1. Onboarding — You complete your onboarding form and upload any documents you already have.
2. Your checklist & welcome — We build your personalized checklist, you join our Skool community, and you attend your onboarding call.
3. Appointments & forms — You schedule the appointments listed on your checklist and complete any additional forms (personal statements, buddy letters, etc.) right inside app.woobie.io.
4. Evidence comes back — You receive the documentation from your appointments and finish any remaining supporting documents.
5. File your claim — Once your evidence is ready and your supporting documents are together, you're ready to file.
You don't need to worry about which "phase" you're in — just focus on the items we're working on together for your claim.
Timing mostly depends on how quickly you complete your requested items. We aim for a 2-week turnaround on documentation. If you're filing with us a second time or more, evidence-building can take a little longer, since we review everything you already have alongside your most recent VA decision.
