Your checklist includes appointments to book with Woobie's provider partners. Here's how booking works and what to expect.
Booking links on your checklist open a scheduler for the right provider:
When you schedule, select "Woobie Diagnostics" after choosing your provider.
That's normal the first time you book — the scheduler doesn't have you on file yet. Just schedule the appointment as a new patient and you'll be able to book.
The scheduler asks for a card to hold your appointment. It is only charged as a no-show fee if you miss a scheduled appointment without canceling. You are not being charged for the appointment itself — your one-time Woobie membership covers the service. If you need to reschedule, submit a support request and a rep will help so you avoid a no-show fee.
No — that's intentional. If you're already rated 70% or higher for a mental health condition and want to pursue a higher rating (up to 100%), that goes through a special request instead of a direct booking, so the team can confirm your goal and guide the next step. Submit the request and the team will follow up.
If your Behavioral Health section instead shows a booking calendar, book it like any other appointment. If it shows neither (you don't have an existing mental health rating yet), no outside appointment is needed right now — you'll file with the VA first.
No — you don't need a private sleep study before filing. If sleep apnea applies, the VA will order a sleep study as part of your C&P exam. If you're ever asked to pay for a sleep study elsewhere, that's a separate cost — not a Woobie fee — so submit a support request before paying and we'll help.
