Woobie is a one-time, flat fee, paid up front.
Once work has begun and deliverables (such as your checklist, medical evidence, etc.) have been delivered, a refund is no longer available.
The appointment scheduler collects a card to hold your spot. It is only charged as a no-show fee if you miss a scheduled appointment — it is not a charge for the appointment itself, which your one-time Woobie membership already covers. So you're not being charged twice.
The only appointment-related cost that isn't a no-show fee is a sleep study — and you don't need a private one, since the VA orders a sleep study as part of your C&P exam. If you're asked to pay for a sleep study elsewhere, submit a support request before paying and we'll help.

You may remove yourself from the service at any time. Please note that leaving does not, on its own, warrant a refund. If you financed the service, any outstanding balance is between you and the institution that provided your financing.
You should receive an invoice upon completion of your payment. If you need another copy, reach out and a rep can help.
